What is Mystery Moncton?
Mystery Moncton is a live escape room game, in which you and your team are locked inside a room, and need to figure out a way to escape by finding clues and solving puzzles along the way.

Should I bring anything?
Just bring yourself and your team! Anything else you may need will be provided for you in the room.

How long does it take?
The whole experience will last approximately 90 minutes. This will include time for an introduction, the game itself (maximum of 60 minutes), and a short debriefing afterwards.

What happens if I don't get out?
Not to worry: we will let you out! We will then show you the rest of the way, or you can come back and try again another time.

Are we really locked in? That doesn't sound safe.
No we do not lock the door, instead there will be an object you need to find or an objective you need to complete to be considered an “escape”. Also, there are cameras in the room to keep track of game progress, and to ensure that the game is running safely and smoothly.

I don't have enough people to meet the number of recommended players: can I still book?
You sure can! If you do not have enough people to fill a booking, we reserve the right to leave the other spots open, so you may be paired with other like-minded individuals.

What if we want the room to ourselves?
Since we have only a limited number of spaces per day, we cannot guarantee that other people will not be added to your group. However, please contact us directly by email or phone if you need a private party booking.

How old do I have to be to play?
It is recommended for ages 14 and up, as some of the puzzles may be difficult and not aimed for a younger audience.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking time.

What happens if we show up late?
If the whole group shows up late, time may be deducted from your 60 minutes. If you were paired with another group and they have already started, we will not be able to let into the room as it will disturb the other players.

How much does it cost?
The price is $25 per person, taxes included.
